The L&T Group’s 5-year strategic plan, seeks to achieve value-accretive growth in the existing business portfolio through a multi-pronged approach of targeting opportunities arising out of global trends, with a focus on Sustainability. The Company’s commitment towards Sustainability has been embedded in Lakshya-26 as a one of the Strategic Objectives (SO-V) and which is: Enabling business sustainability through a high focus on ESG and stakeholder value creation. As a result, the Company has set interim targets for carbon, water neutrality and other areas, which are a part of the current Lakshya 2026 strategy plan.

Stakeholders’ feedback was obtained through surveys and finally, the top 15 material topics, which are most important for short, medium and long-termvalue creation from internal and external stakeholders’ perspectives, were identified.
